Sustainable Packaging
We're committed to reducing our environmental impact. We use:
- Cardboard boxes made from recycled materials
- Recycled paper filling to protect your items during transit
- Reused packaging materials whenever possible
As part of our sustainability efforts, we may reuse clean, high-quality packaging materials and boxes that we receive in our own shipments. This helps us reduce waste while ensuring your products are still protected during shipping. All reused materials are carefully inspected to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Order Processing
In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order & Customized Items: For products that need to be manufactured, please allow up to 10 business days for processing before shipment. This includes all customized products, as we cannot keep customized items in stock.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country, package weight, and order value. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Carriers
DPD - Our primary international shipping partner, offering reliable tracking and delivery services throughout Europe.
InPost - Available for shipments within Poland, offering standard door-to-door delivery service.
The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the most efficient delivery method.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress on our carrier's website (DPD or InPost).
EU Shipping Information
As we ship from Poland to other EU countries, there are no customs duties, import taxes, or customs clearance procedures required. All shipments within the European Union are considered intra-community supplies and move freely between member states without customs barriers.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience in these situations.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't been shipped yet.
Return Shipping
For information about our return policy, please see our separate Return Policy page. If you need to return an item, please note that:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items)
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns
- Please package return items securely to prevent damage during transit
- Include your order number and return reason with your shipment
